[保健养生] 枸杞真是好东西

曾经在中宁呆了一个月，吃过新鲜的枸杞，也曾去农户家直接收枸杞
不得不说，中宁的枸杞个大果红，药用效果好。我买的给我父亲泡酒，喝的神清气爽。
我现在每年都托人在那买五斤，记得去年买的枸杞王是30块一斤。
