龟头炎分好多种，细菌，真菌，滴虫，你得对症下药。龟头炎就是皮肤粘膜感染，只是部位不同罢了，不要有心里负担。如果是细菌建议红霉素软膏加口服抗生素，真菌达克宁即可，滴虫的比较麻烦可以用女性用洗液治疗。龟头炎发病时龟头敏感红肿，不要自慰或有性生活，容易让感染上行导致尿道炎甚至前列腺炎，那就麻烦了。
