我第一次感觉到前列腺快感，是在正规医院做前列腺检查，男医生手指插进去也没感觉到不适，拨动几下，JJ立马就硬起来了，感觉很舒服，马眼上就冒出几滴液体，然后医生就取样本去化验了。但JJ没软下来，穿上裤子仍顶着感觉不好意思。后来，自己用前列腺按摩棒来试，但再也没找到那种舒服的感觉。不知这是不是前列腺高潮？
