各位巨佬谁有这块经验啊

最近喜欢上了阴囊拉伸，特喜欢那种长长的阴囊感觉很性感。买了一些阴囊拉伸环和负重环，一天戴一次每次两个小时，不知道怎样才能见效啊，最安全的佩戴频率是多少，求解啊！

啊，还有这种事情？阴囊拉伸是只下坠阴囊吗？不知道楼主这样做有没有快感，但是阴囊处的血管比较脆弱，比如精索静脉曲张，很难受的，个人建议楼主还是小心为妙。
也想听听有没有专业人士的解答。
